Hi, I'm Juanfer Domínguez, Head of Product at Torre. We are looking for a Product Intern to join the Product team and help us build the future of recruitment. This is your chance to be part of something big, with incredible growth opportunities as we scale.
WHAT IS TORRE?
At Torre, we're building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work.
For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Emma Reach, and Emma Hunt.

Our seed round was $20M, of which Alex Torrenegra, our founder and CEO, contributed $10M. Other investors included early investors and executives from Apple, Amazon, Meta, Space X, and TikTok.

WHY THE OPENING?
After six years of development and trials, we reached version 1.0 and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. As we acquire more customers, we need to ensure that our product provides an outstanding experience to create long-lasting relationships with them. To achieve this, we need an ambitious and detail-oriented Product Intern who wants to grow their product development knowledge and help us shape the present and future of Torre's platform during a 4-month internship with a full-time commitment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:
During the 4-month stint, you'll be responsible for executing different projects to support our product strategy.
You'll share the KPIs of the product development team:
✅ Revenue
✅ Net Revenue Retention Rate
✅ Net Opening Retention Rate
✅ Hires
THE TEAM:
You'll report directly to me, and will work closely with the rest of the product development team: our engineering manager, product designers, tech leads, engineers, and data analysts.

Most members of our senior team have been entrepreneurs. As such, you'll be surrounded by a group of passionate, hard-working, smart-working, tell-it-like-it-s, no-drama professionals.
We apply the scientific method to almost everything we do: ideate, hypothesize, experiment, analysis, repeat. We use this framework for product and marketing experiments (and even sales experiments).
We are remote and agile. Among others, we do daily standup meetings dense with information.
And we're data-driven.
HIRING PROCESS:

3rd. We'll ask you to complete a couple of short tests to learn about your attention to detail and reasoning capabilities.
4th. We'll do an interview.
